Instructions: Tear the outer sachet to reveal the Foot warmer. Once revealed, the Foot warmer will be activated due to its contact with air. Shake the Foot warmer and it will begin to warm up within a few minutes and will remain warm for up to 10 hours. Ideally never leave the foot warmer in the open air. Remove the sticker cover and stick the foot warmer in the desired position. If the Foot warmer begins to cool - give it another shake!
